Welcome to Meehan Property Management! I’m Elizabeth, and my passion for real estate began at an early age, thanks to my mom. Raised by a single mother in Portland, Oregon, I grew up helping her manage rental properties, from scrubbing bathtubs to collecting rental applications. For my mom, real estate was more than a business—it was her retirement plan. Inspired by her determination, I built Meehan Property Management to help landlords navigate today’s complex regulations while maximizing their investment potential.
